Payment Options
Your auto loan payment is managed directly through your lender or financing partner, not through Your Time To Drive. The specific payment portal you use will depend on which lender financed your vehicle.
If you're unsure who your lender is or how to access your payment portal, check your loan documents or the welcome letter you received when your loan was funded. You can also contact us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Common Ways to Pay
Online Portal
Most lenders in our network offer a secure online portal where you can make one-time payments, set up autopay, and view your account history. Log in using the credentials provided in your loan welcome packet.
Phone
Many lenders accept payments by phone 24/7 using an automated system or live representative. Check your loan documents for your lender's payment phone number.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, mail your payment to the address listed on your monthly statement. Always include your account number on the memo line and allow 7–10 business days for processing.
In Person
Some lenders accept payments at physical locations or partner branches. Check with your lender directly for locations near you.

Protect Yourself from Fraud
Never make payments to any party other than your official lender. Your Time To Drive will never ask you to make loan payments to us directly. If you receive a suspicious payment request, contact your lender and our team immediately.
